Thank you for stopping by! We may or may not have reviewed your content yet, but please use this checklist to further understand our process. This will ensure your order is set to go, or help answer your questions. :)
IS YOUR SCRIPT THE CORRECT NUMBER OF WORDS?
$5 covers a script of 100 words or less (a discounted price), but from there, we charge $10 per each added set of 100 words.
Therefore 100-200 words is $10 extra, 200-300 is $20 extra, 300-400 is $30 extra, etc...
Please do not order a second $5 multiple if your script is 200 words. We will only deliver the word count paid for.
WHY DON'T WE OFFER SCRIPT-WRITING SERVICES?
Unfortunately, we don't have time to offer this service. We recommend Fiverr users MiaCarter and GregCreates for this. If a script is not provided, or only minimal information is supplied (for example, you asked us to visit your website and find more details to add) we cannot complete your order. :(
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We advertise a 12-day delivery for non-rush orders. This is because we work around full time jobs, regularly keep 60-95 orders in queue and have to complete that many before reaching each new order. Filming doesn't take long — it's reaching your order on our list that takes some time. We value and appreciate your patience. Rest assured, your video will NOT be delivered late!

Like use a prop? Or film in a location other than our neutral, studio backdrop? Unique requests need to be cleared BEFORE an order is placed, (via direct inbox message) otherwise we will default to our basic offerings. Currently, we film ALL videos in front of a neutral, studio backdrop. Due to lack of space, we can only film as far back as waist-up. We also do not have a teleprompter, so we film ALL videos with distance-changing cuts, and typically take each line sentence-by-sentence. This style cannot be modified. If you'd like to further discuss options, please clear this before ordering or immediately after ordering.

*But we MUST have the FINAL VERSION of the script at least 3 DAYS before the video is to be delivered.* Otherwise, we will need to cancel, because we won't have enough time to ensure its completion.
USING A LANGUAGE OTHER THAN ENGLISH?
Unfortunately, we are not cool enough to be bilingual. :( We wish we were, but at this time, all we can offer is English scripts. If you wish for us to attempt a few words in another language, we do require pronunciation guides, and cannot offer free revisions if we mispronounce it.
We also hope you'll include a pronunciation guide on any other words you think would be especially challenging, like last names or made-up product names.
Something related to sexual innuendo, drugs (including marijuana), illegal activity (like movie downloads or illegal gambling for example) hateful speech, violence or adult language? Anything that wouldn't be considered "G" or "PG" rated? We can't do that.
Moral issues aside, promoting this sort of content would be harmful to external business careers (outside of Fiverr).
*We cannot say the word "sex" unless referring to gender, and even in a scientific sense, we cannot talk about libido, etc...
Sexual innuendo covers a broad spectrum, so here are some examples of what we cannot do:
We cannot: wear a bikini, imply threesomes, imply we had a crazy night together, talk about how "something makes us hot," or imply some other sort of sexually-aroused feeling, reference breasts or other personal body parts, imply that we've hooked up with someone, make sexual jokes about "putting things in our mouths," or any other similar jokes that allude to sexual behavior.
Also, to protect us from falling victim to "fetish" requests, we do not do videos showing our feet, blowing up balloons, slime videos, or any other topic that we feel uncomfortable with — no matter how innocent buyers may make it seem.

But please clear specifics ahead of time, like requests such as this: "Please wear a red dress with a black belt and blazer with three-quarter-length sleeves." (We may not own anything like this, so that's why we'd first need you to check. :) *We CANNOT provide this service unless the $10 extra is purchased. The basic $5 does not cover this feature.
